You’re Invited for an Early Thanksgiving
Prince William Federation of Teachers is sponsoring a special celebration honoring new employees and new members. We are inviting our members, local elected officials, including the school board, and senior administration to help us make this a memorable event. Our dinner will be held in the atrium of the Kelly Leadership Center on Tuesday, November 18th, beginning at 5PM. Members may bring a guest but we need you to RSVP to Kathy Russell by phone at 571-238-6798 or by e-mail at kathysinfo.russell@gmail.com no later than Friday, November 14th, for us to place your dinner order. TIPA/PPP Steering Committee
The TIPA/PPP steering committee will meet on Friday, November 14th to discuss the progress of the TIPA grant program and the PPP evaluation system. PWFT President Bill Hosp will be representing us again this year. Calendar Committee by Kathy Russell
The Calendar Committee had a hard task for next year because Labor Day is so late. School will not start until September 8, 2015. We worked to keep our calendar as close as we could to this year. The School Board will be getting the calendar for them to approve. Keep your eye on the School Board Meeting Agenda to see when the calendar gets voted on.
