Our investigative reporter has found four more members who were honored at the retirement ceremony at Hylton High School on April 28th: Janice Rucker from Coles Elementary School; Joanne Musso from Beville Middle School; Mary Saliski from Potomac High School; and Deborah Barnard from Student Learning. Member Survey for the 2015-2016 School Year
Please help us set our priorities for the next academic year by participating in our survey. Your input was very valuable in helping us set priorities this year for advocacy at the Board of County Supervisors, the School Board, Meet and Confer and the TIPA/PPP Steering Committee: the step increase (won); reducing class sizes (won); individual teacher planning time (compromised at a minimum of two per week); and advocacy in evaluation cases (one of three settled and the rest pending).
